Our apartments, recently renovated, are located in a quiet location, in the central area of Livigno (about 300 meters from the pedestrian area, 5 minutes walk) and at the same time strategic, both for walks in summer, both to reach the facilities in winter; really close to us you will find: free bus stop, restaurants and shops. Ski schools, ski rentals and sports shops are about 100 metres away.
We are in a good location for a well stocked supermarket and a minimarket with home-made food. In front of the house fresh pasta shop with excellent handmade proposals to cook and enjoy in the apartment. The cycle/pedestrian track and the cross-country track are about 400 meters from the apartments. We are affiliated with the winter promotion "Skipass Free Winter". In front of our house there is the ice rink Santa Maria "Ice Arena", in summer football field and location of interesting events.
We propose private parking behind the house and ski room (bike room in summer). On request, you can book a covered parking (garage), about 1 km far from the apartments (extra price to be paid directly at the arrival).
With a quiet walk in the village or with the free bus service (bus stop less than 100 mt. far), you can reach MUS! , the traditional museum of Livigno and Trepalle, which is located about 200 meters far from us (in Via Domenion, near the gondola Cassana).
About 2 km from our apartments, in Via Rasia, you will find "Aquagranda Active You", a wellness and sports centre, easily reachable on foot (10 minutes) or with the free bus service.

If our guests prefer, about 250 meters far from us you will find a convenient self-service laundry. Check-in between 2.00pm and 9pm of the day of the arrival. Any different check-in time must be communicated in advance by telephone or e-mail.

We are situated in Via Ostaria 363, in front of the "skiarea Valandrea" (skilift number 29). In the same building of the apartments, you will find our clothes shop "Moda Giovane", well equipped with clothes, linen and haberdashery, where you can pick up the keys of the apartments and make the check in.

Composed by three separated double bedrooms, large living room with dining table, double sofa bed, SMART TV, kitchenette fully equipped with dishes and pots, and equipped with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and induction hotplate, two bathrooms with shower and panoramic balcony around the whole apartment.
It can comfortably accommodate from 4 to 6 people and, thanks to an extra bed in one bedroom, can reach the maximum capacity of 7 persons.
